Your privacy is important to us.  The Ted Heap Campaign will never share your information with a third party except as outlined below.

All information provided to the Constable Ted Heap campaign is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is a proven security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a server (website) and a client (browser). We also protect account information by removing it from the websites online storage and placing it on a secure storage drive, only accessible by authorized personnel of the Constable Ted Heap campaign.

Additionally, the Constable Ted Heap Campaign utilizes another layer of online security by processing all online payments through J.P. Morgan Chase bank.  Refer to Chase bank's privacy/security policy by following this (link).

Voluntary Information: All site users remain anonymous unless they choose to provide their personal information to the Ted Heap Campaign. The collection of personal information you voluntarily provide, including your name, e-mail address, postal address, phone number, mobile number, and geographic location, will be strictly used for the Ted Heap Campaign and not shared with any third party.  The only exception to this is compliance with campaign finance laws that require reporting of certain information.  You may be asked to provide this information when you request information, register, or submit correspondence, or for other purposes.
